To our valued customer,

These are challenging times as our country and the International community band together in the wake of the Coronavirus (COVID- 19) pandemic. The Crocker Team would like to update you on the precautionary measures we at Crockers Paint and Wallpaper are taking to ensure the safety of all customers and employees.

Firstly we want to reassure all of our customers that we are open normal hours for trading.

We also want to reassure you that when you come into our store it is a safe environment. The safety and wellbeing of our customers and employees has always been, and will remain our top priority and we encourage everyone to remain calm but vigilant at this challenging time. We would like to assure you that all reasonable steps are being taken to mitigate against the risk of transmission of infection within our store.

In store, we have introduced and will be implementing a number of additional precautionary measures to reduce the risk of infection and keep our customers and staff safe. These include:

Surfaces will be regularly cleaned with disinfectants and sanitised with sanitisers when available.

Hand sanitisers will be accessible to everyone in store (unless our supplier is out of stock of which we will navigate alternative measures)

Our taps will be accessible to anyone who is in store for long periods of time and may feel the need to thoroughly wash their hands

We will be minimising person to person contact, maintaining social distance as advised (handshakes will be kept to a minimum)

Our Team:

Our team are well. Our team will be monitoring their temperatures every day with an on-site thermometer and at the slightest instance of an illness they will not be allowed at work or will be sent home.

Our Service:

The Crocker team are very responsible retailers. Our service and help to our clients remain at the highest standards and in this situation even more so. Our store has its own parking and access is very easy. You will be attended to by a team member that has good health.

In response to the current situation we are acknowledging that some of our customers may be forced into self-isolation. We also acknowledge that we have a large population of elderly customers. If for any reason you are unable to come to our store please call us on 9525 7489 and if you are located in the Sutherland Shire or close please feel free to discuss and order what you need over the phone and we will do our best to make a personal or couriered delivery.

Our Stock and Orders:

We will be placing orders like normal. Supply will be monitored and for those with special wallpaper orders it’s business as usual unless we have updates on supply from flights being cancelled etc. This will be watched closely. You will be kept informed.

Our Events:

If our events run they will be run within the guidelines that the government have implemented. We ask when you enter any event that you regularly clean your hands by washing them and if food is involved please only pick up what you will eat. If you have children please do not allow them to help themselves to the food under the current circumstances. Please wash their hands regularly too. Please place used cups and serviettes into the bins provided and hold your own cups rather than placing down on tables.

Wash your hands while you are at our events REGULARLY. Please also use appropriate etiquette sneezing or coughing into your arm and not your hands. We will also be asking every person to give us their name phone number and email address so please do so as you enter and use the hand sanitiser when provided and available.

Our processes will evolve where necessary as we continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation. In the meantime, we are open for business and we encourage you to continue to support local businesses while it is safe to do so.

Please give us a call if you are unsure or forced to stay home. We are here to help. We do what we say we will do and help you take the stress out of decorating. The team at Crockers are ready to assist to the best of our ability.

Thank you and stay well.

From The Crocker Team and Family.
